Privacy Policy

• Account data from Google sign-in: your email address and name.
• Photos you upload and the images we generate for you.
• Order records: which credit pack you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
• Basic usage and referral data, such as the page you arrived from, to understand which channels work.

To create your images, keep your credit balance, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use your photos to train AI models.

We use Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in), our AI model provider (kie.ai) to generate results, Sightengine (automated content safety checks), Cloudflare (bot protection and email routing), Upstash (rate limiting), Resend (notification emails), and Waffo (payments, as Merchant of Record). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days. Generated images and order records are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@imsosorryiliedapp.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
