Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your results, email support@imsosorryiliedapp.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used to pay. We will refund the purchase in full. No long forms, no arguing.

If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Waffo. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear. Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your account.

Please email us first. We answer within 24 hours and will refund you directly, which is faster than a bank dispute.
